This item may be ordered following the purchase of a "Love My Pup" Ornament from one of Kore Laser Co's retail locations.  Upon ordering, you will be asked to provide the name of the shop where you purchased your ornament, the date of your purchase, your dog's breed, and the dog's name.

All orders will be mailed via USPS or may be picked up from Junkees Vintage Market in Van Buren, AR.
