Refund policy
At Kore Laser Co., we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is defective or has been misrepresented in the item description. If you believe your item falls under this category, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return due to defect or misrepresentation, the item must be in the same condition as received and unused. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or misrepresented. Custom products, such as personalized items, are non-returnable unless defective or misrepresented.
Shipping & Orders
At this time, we only accept orders from within the United States.
Refunds
If your return is approved due to defect or misrepresentation, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at returns@korelaserco.com.
